F.L.A.M.E. FELLOWSHIP, INC. Is a faith-based organization dedicated to providing spiritual covering, support, oversight, accountability, and training for senior pastors across denominational lines. Our mission is to empower and equip like-minded pastors to thrive in their calling by strengthening their family life, enhancing their leadership skills, and deepening their personal walk with God. Through fellowship and camaraderie, we create a community where senior pastors can find encouragement, mentorship, and the resources needed to lead with excellence and integrity.

F.L.A.M.E. Fellowship, Inc. envisions a community where senior pastors find belonging, support, and comradery while leading thriving, impactful ministries. Regardless of ministry context, congregation size, or demographic, we are committed to equipping pastors with the insights, strategies, and spiritual encouragement needed to navigate emerging ministry trends and keep their congregations vibrant. Through intentional fellowship, mentorship, and accountability, we create a safe space where pastors can grow together, strengthen one another, and lead with renewed passion and confidence. In F.L.A.M.E., no pastor stands alone—because we are truly better together.

Why F.L.A.M.E.?

(Fostering Leadership and Ministry Excellence) Inc. was conceived in the summer of 2010 by a group of pastors, who sought out Pastor Rev. Dwight Riddick for his leadership development, mentorship, and spiritual covering. Over a decade later, F.L.A.M.E. is comprised of pastors and ministerial leaders from various denominations across the country. The core value and biblical foundation of F.L.A.M.E. was extracted from Proverbs 27:17 (NIV) – As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. Within the organization, each person gives of themselves to help one another become better pastoral/ministerial leaders. We offer an inviting and safe atmosphere where Pastors/Leaders of like minds can share and find support.

When Does F.L.A.M.E. Meet?

F.L.A.M.E meets virtually.  We meet to discuss what's on the hearts and minds of our pastors and ministerial leaders. We also have annual gatherings and various conferences for both spouses and ministry leaders.
