(Fostering Leadership and Ministry Excellence) Inc. was conceived in the summer of 2010 by a group of pastors, who sought out Pastor Rev. Dwight Riddick for his leadership development,
mentorship, and spiritual covering. Over a decade later, F.L.A.M.E. is comprised of pastors and ministerial leaders from various denominations across the country. The core value and biblical foundation of F.L.A.M.E. was extracted from Proverbs 27:17 (NIV) - As iron
sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. Within the organization, each person gives of themselves to help one another become better pastoral/ministerial leaders. We offer an inviting and safe atmosphere where Pastors/Leaders of like minds can share and find support.F.L.A.M.E. meets monthly for approximately two hours on the 3rd Monday at 7 p.m. We meet to
discuss what’s on the hearts and minds of our pastors and ministerial leaders. We also have annual gatherings for various retreats and conferences for both spouses and ministry leaders.• Integrous Spiritual Covering

We encourage husbands and wives to join us.Whether it be in meetings or events, we strongly believe that FAMILY is most important and the strongest relationship Pastor/Leader will have.
F.L.A.M.E. chooses for those who embrace & connect with this ministry to support the ministry regularly lieu of membership fees. Membership fees are transactional. We believe the work we do is transformational and is worthy of generous support. Our recommended support level for Ministry Leaders (spouse included in this amount) is $49/month or $588 annually. Most registration fees for F.L.A.M.E. events are waived for Leaders and spouses who support at this level. However, this does not include meals, travel or lodging.
1. Receive a recommendation from an active
F.L.A.M.E. membera. By letter or email to the Membership Committee with the BIO of the recommended leader.
2. Membership Committee will contact the recommended leader and present to them the following:
a. History of F.L.A.M.E.
b. Organizational Charter of F.L.A.M.E.
c. Discuss Membership expectations.
3. Membership committee will gather any information; in coordination with the recommending leader, on the recommended leader and present that to the Bishop and Board.
4. Membership committee will setup a meeting with the Bishop; the recommending leader and the recommended leader.
5. Bishop will present to the Board his recommendation/decision.
6. Membership committee will inform the recommending leader and recommended leader of the decision for membership.
